By responding to our request with the hashtag #yesMPS, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of your content by Medical Pet Shirts International B.V.

Usage Rights

By granting permission:

  • You allow MPS to use your content, including photos, videos, and any accompanying text, across both online and offline communication channels. This may include, but is not limited to:

    • Social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

    • Our official websites and email communications

    • Printed materials including flyers, brochures, and posters

    • (Paid) advertising campaigns across digital and physical platforms

    • Our official veterinarian customers and distributors.

Your content may be complemented with MPS branding or graphic elements for consistency. However, we will never alter the core message, meaning, or essential elements of your original material, such as colors, facial features, or significant details.

Your Responsibilities

By using #yesMPS, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the submitted content and are legally allowed to grant us permission to use it.

  • Your content does not infringe on the rights of any third parties, including copyrights or trademarks.

  • Anyone featured in your content has given their consent for the content to be used as outlined above.

Compensation

By tagging your content with #yesMPS, you agree that no financial or other compensation will be provided for the use of your content.

Revoking Permission

If you wish to withdraw your permission, please contact us at marketing@medicalpetshirts.com. We will make every effort to remove your content from future use. Please note that previously printed materials or already-published posts may not be retractable.
