The MPS-Protective Head Cover fits snugly around the head thanks to the elastic cord and adjustable closure straps. This makes the product very suitable for covering the ears. Using safe and breathable materials such as Invista Lycra® and Cotton, this product allows wounds and infections to be protected while having enough air circulation needed for recovery.

The dog head cover is available in five different sizes with a flexible fit to accommodate various breeds and sizes. It’s also an environmentally friendly alternative to disposable materials since the MPS® Protective Head Cover and its accompanying pads can be washed and reused.
The MPS-Protective Head Cover is designed to allow proper air circulation while still enabling dogs to hear normally. For pets undergoing an MRI scan where sound needs to be reduced, one or two Head Cover Pads are placed per ear, along with an extra sound-dampening cushion (cotton padding wrapped in elastic bandage). These are inserted into the specially designed inner pockets, positioned between the ear canal and the Head Cover.
